Position Summary

We're seeking a full-time Finance Manager for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. The Finance Manager will support the Americas Controller as well as oversee other staff in financial integrity, compliance to laws and regulations, internal controls, external audit, and operations supports. Finance Manager duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring outgoing payments, and improving the policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review various requests for approval in the approval system.
  • Ensure complete and accurate payments to key vendors are paid timely.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by proactively resolving the delay issues.
  • Assist the Controller in reviewing the financial statements and reconciliation.
  • Run financial statements and prepare flux analysis.
  • Improve the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Assist and coach the Finance staff and support operations.
  • Reassignment by the Controller as needed.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required; Business, Finance, or accounting degree preferred.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Be well versed with the organizational and industrial accounting standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Be skilled in the accounting applications and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Be excellent in communication and coordination. Also, in maintaining excellent working relationships with the staff, other coworkers, vendors, and clients.
  • Be able to exercise judgment and resolve any problems arising in daily activities.
  • Be skilled in MS Office application.
  • Be comfortable for working on weekends and holidays when needed.

Pay

$80,500.00 min. - $127,000.00 max annually. Bonus & RSU offered.
