Seattle-based developer marketing agency Catchy is searching for a Delivery Program Manager to work closely with several of our global clients. We seek a candidate well-versed in leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders for one of our largest clients. The ideal candidate has equal parts of people management and operational rigor to support best-in-class delivery for our global center of excellence (COE).
What You Will Do
Do the legwork to understand the client, the stakeholders, their business, how they operate, make decisions, communicate and define success
Develop and maintain outcome meeting cadence with stakeholders and consultants
Develop and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and QA scorecards
Partner with SMEs to develop dashboards and reporting on delivery
Develop and maintain Delivery Playbook
Collaborate with delivery teams and accounts to provide correct data for forecasting, capacity, resourcing, and financial performance
Develop reporting to have a high-level view at all times on project timelines, risks, quality of delivery, internal team health and client satisfaction
Develop and maintain operational best practices in support of COE, increasing team efficiency and impact
Audit and optimize team processes and tools
Cultivate a culture of positive change with a bias to action
Attend client connects in partnership with Client Services Team to provide delivery updates with action plans
What You Will Bring
Experience developing and maintaining delivery programs in gaming, technology industries
Proven experience becoming a trusted partner to clients and employees
Proven ability to successfully influence, collaborate, and drive change across multiple workstreams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
Ability to solve complex problems with a key understanding of the impact on their customers, team, processes, and tools
Strong interpersonal skills
5+ years of experience, with consulting or agency experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
