Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our studio in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a professional who desires to be a part of our purpose - to inspire people to create meaningful human experiences.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a Senior Project Manager ensuring successful project management from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Manager on multiple projects.
  • Manage bid-phase communications and addenda.
  • Record and maintain project meeting minutes.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct shop drawing reviews, handle RFI's, ASI's, CO's, and PR's during Construction Administration (CA).
  • Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
  • Coordinate with Project Architects and consultants.
  • Maintain project conformance sets and specifications.
  • Conduct site observations and issue detailed reports.
  • Perform final site observations and produce punch lists.
  • Gain exposure to and understand building codes.

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Only licensed architects are eligible to apply.
  • Education: A professional degree in architecture or a closely related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture is required. At least 1 year of experience in project management or assisting w/ project management duties.
  • Communication & Relational Skills: Must have a demonstrated ability to build new client relationships. Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills. Must be a strong collaborator.
  • Technical Skills: Applicants must be proficient in REVIT.
  • Location: Must be able to work in-office in Dallas, Texas.
