Role Description
Below is the list of 5 Indianapolis job openings. If you're qualified and interested in any one of the current openings, please submit resume. • Senior Project Manager - provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating job site team, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. • Assistant Project Manager - Provide overall administrative and technical direction for a single project. Responsible for specific aspects of construction process for the concrete portion of the project. • Project Executive - Concrete - Provide day-to-day management direction for a portion or unit of the Company's business to achieve overall corporate objectives and insure maximum operating results. Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships. • Business Development Manager - A relationship builder and opportunity hunter, this position is responsible for building McHugh Concrete's brand through creative marketing collateral, networking events, association meetings, client meetings, etc. • Estimator Concrete - Work on concrete bids, help market concrete services, assist with concrete management, and assist estimating of other trades.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and processes (minimum 3yrs experience)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with project managers
Proficient in relevant software and technologies
