Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an In-House Counsel at LendBug. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support on a day-to-day basis. This position will be based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
MUST BE MULTIJURISDICTIONAL!!! (NY and CT)
Legal research, analysis, and writing skills
Experience in contract negotiation and drafting
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar
Previous experience in financial or lending industry preferred
