We are now seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) speaking Solutions Consultant to work onsite at our clients premises.

The onsite Solutions Consultant will be initially & primarily associated with a specific client, with a 5-day per week presence (8am-5pm) in the primary clinic or one or more geographically accessible related locations. Ultimately, this will transition to a remote role (timing determined by the local clinic leadership in coordination with VieCure leadership).

The role will support clinical administrative functions within the VieCure EMR (i.e. case summarizations/notes, physical exam updates, charge documentation) for client providers and nurses within the VieCure platform, and act as a direct liaison with the VieCure team on behalf of the clinic. This includes providing information on emergent platform issues, or feedback on product functionality that will enhance the overall roadmap.

The Onsite Solutions Consultant works closely with the leaders, physicians, nurses, medical and administrative staff of clinics actively using or transitioning to the VieCure platform, ensuring the success of the platform launch and maximizing knowledge transfer by functioning as an accountable, dedicated support to all levels and roles in the respective location(s).

Over time, the Solutions Consultant will transition to a role supporting multiple clinics in various geographical locations. The responsibilities will include configuration, testing, training, supporting, and implementing functional and technical aspects of the VieCure platform during new client launches, and will be responsible for ongoing support and education of existing VieCure clients.

The Solutions Consultants support the Principal Consultant account owners in executing on the operational and strategic objectives of our customer to maximize the use of VieCure. Solutions Consultants also assist the Client Support team in the effective receipt, triage, and disposition of new client tickets, and may be support active shifts on the customer support help line. This role also has a direct responsibility for building and delivering training content to support ongoing user education in both one-to-one and many-to-one settings.

Key Responsibilities

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
  • Review medical records and extract data including histories, records, and other health-related information
  • Assist in clinical summaries based on all available documentation and physician's findings
  • Work one-on-one with physicians ensuring accurate completion of case assignments
  • Supports the business through executing launches, system configuration, end user training, maintenance, go-live and post launch support for new clinic locations.
  • Work closely with project leaders on all aspects of the project to meet project deadlines.
  • Promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of the software application. Understand the use cases and operational objectives of assigned clients and support them meeting those goals through use of the VieCure platform.
  • Works with other members of the client Information Systems staff, clinical and operational departments, and other internal personnel to accomplish the goals established for the customer.
  • Provides ongoing client support for clinical application system modifications/configurations or upgrades and assist with deployment of system features.
  • Serves as a primary resource for more than 1 application module.
  • Create new training/knowledge library content, modify existing content, and deliver one-to-one or one-to-many training as needed to advance the capabilities of the VieCure user base.
  • Gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for product enhancements or bug fixes, and offer best practices or recommended solutions.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to travel to client sites as required.
  • Weekend travel may be necessary. Travel in the extended role could be up to 50%.

Education / Qualification
  • Bachelor's degrees or equivalent experience in Healthcare or Information Technology required
  • Experience
  • Communicates effectively and professionally
  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements
  • Prior experience with medical record review, medical claims, quality assurance, peer reviews, or case management is required. A degree in nursing, medical doctor, or similar field of study may be used in place of this prior experience requirement.
  • Clinical background highly desired, i.e., nurse, lab tech, radiation therapist, medical assistant, etc.
  • Oncology Language / Terminology understanding including knowledge of clinical workflows in Radiation or Medical Oncology.
  • Experience working with providers and other clinical and operational personnel within Oncology is preferred.
  • Ability to assess current state workflows. Plan and document future state workflows based on best practices.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging other team members.
  • Ability to multi-task, complete assigned tasks independently with little to no guidance with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware, network technology, Windows operating system.
  • Qualified candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with high social intelligence.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Healthcare related field (Oncology and clinical experience preferred).
  • Available for travel as need for client engagements (up to 50% travel)
  • Live within travel distance to a major airport across the US
