We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage our global procurement operations across Europe and the US.
Mandarin Speaking is preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily PD/PR handling in Oracle, including monitoring supplier situations and hosting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for major suppliers
Negotiating with suppliers to secure reasonable prices for procurement items
Handling Purchase Order (PO) deliveries to suppliers and resolving related issues
Summarizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring achievement rates for major procurement items
Managing all procurement issues for Europe and US regions
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of work experience in procurement
Experience with Oracle systems, including PD/PR handling
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities
Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $71,400 - $110,500. Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills, education, experience, and the pay of employees in the similar role.
