TBG | The Bachrach Group is partnered with one of the leading privately-held investment firms in Texas on their search for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of office administrative experience within a corporate or financial services environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Manage the administrative functions for the finance group while coordinating multiple calendars and providing utmost support to the CIO.
Arrange meetings and conference rooms, order all supplies and catering as necessary.
Make all travel arrangements for the group.
Complete expense and other routine reports.
Maintain and track spreadsheets, enter and update data in the ERP systems.
Partner with IT, legal, and accounting as well as collaborate with other departments for any administrative-related projects or tasks.
Set-up new accounts in the system and complete required forms.
Ensure all board materials are prepared, printed and compiled for the quarterly meetings.
Provide back-up support to other administrative staff members.
Must have 4+ years of heavy administrative experience within a corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
Background in financial services or accounting is highly preferred.
Ability to multi-task, provide excellent administrative support, manage various ongoing projects and communications for the finance group.

Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 base salary DOE + discretionary bonus
