Job Description
An employer is looking to add a Vice President of Sales to their Political division. This person will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new political clients and work with senior leadership to further develop and implement political ad sales strategies team wide. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive experience in programmatic ad sales and a strong track record managing campaigns for candidates, ballot measures, social advocacy and government-funded initiatives.
This person will navigate full sales cycle from prospect to close, build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success, work with internal teams to build custom plans the exceed client expectations. This person will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of 3-5 sellers (individual contributors). They will also assist in further developing the company's political campaign approach and spearhead adoption throughout the organization.
