Ingenium Talent, a Louisville-based professional search firm, is working with an Elizabethtown, KY manufacturing organization in their search for an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist. This is a full-time role and will be responsible for supporting our client's daily IT operations. Our client is growing and looking for a strong Information Technology professional to act as a liaison with other areas of the organization.
Position responsibilities, include, but not limited to:
Respond to ticketing system to provide exceptional customer support for any software or hardware related issues. To include all applications, PCs, Copiers, label printers, barcode scanners and cellphones.
Provides first level network and server support and coordinates problem escalation and resolutions to second and third level network system support personnel and/or outside support service providers.
Assists in evaluating and making recommendations regarding systems and facility requirements to ensure that the IT infrastructure supports and facilitates the growth of our manufacturing operations and expanding business needs.
Assist in overseeing the planning, design, installation and maintenance of networks, applications, security systems, telecom systems, servers, and other IT resources and/or assets.
Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost-savings and process improvements.
Support the Access Control and CCTV any other security related IT systems.
Qualifications, include, but not limited to:
4-6 years of relevant IT related experience required
