Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through their jewelry selection process.
  • Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and promptly respond to web appointment requests to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Process customer purchases and handle repair orders meticulously, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Engage in sales activities, actively promoting our products and services to contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area, controlling access to ensure security while fostering a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Keep customer files organized and assist in inventory management to ensure a well-supplied and efficient workspace.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and attractive product displays, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge, empowering you to excel in both administrative and sales tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to the continual improvement and development of the business.

Qualifications:
  • Background in executive administrative support and scheduling is highly preferred. Please show proof of experience in resume or cover letter to be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer operations. (MacOS, GoogleSuites, & more)
  • Friendly, energetic demeanor with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Trustworthy and professional conduct at all times.

Hours of Operation:
  • Open: Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM
  • Closed: Sunday and Monday
  • Seasonal/Holiday Hours Vary
