Position Description: Impyrian seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead key initiatives in a large-scale applications development project centered around IT security and support. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of critical tasks within a fast-paced and evolving environment, where Agile practices are central to our operations.

Key components of the project include:
  • User Account Management: Lead the creation, maintenance, and deactivation of user accounts, ensuring secure access while adhering to organizational policies.
  • Configuration Control: Oversee Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, ensuring all system changes are thoroughly reviewed, documented, and approved.
  • Network and System Administration: Manage and monitor network and system operations, implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
  • Database Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for database applications and tools, ensuring optimal performance and efficient data management.
  • Enterprise Architecture Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with enterprise architecture standards, supporting the integration and scalability of new applications.
  • Cybersecurity Oversight: Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, ensuring the protection of systems, networks, and data against potential threats.

?Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management (IM), Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of experience.

Alternatively, a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management (IM), Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of technical experience, including 6 years in IT security at a senior management level.

Certification: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in project management, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects within Agile frameworks.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to adapt project management strategies to support continuous delivery and improvement.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background and expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle applications, including Oracle database management, supporting SharePoint initiatives, and using Tableau for data visualization. They will also be familiar with Section 508 compliance standards, including tools like JAWS or WAVE for accessibility, and they will have experience with projects that support cybersecurity programs, robotic process automation, and tools such as UI Path.
