Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple manufacturing plants.
Lead and develop a team of 200+ employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Operations Management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing plants.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
