Title: Change Lead / Organization Change Management Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $79-88/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Must have skills:
1. Change Management (min 3 years)
2. Identity and Access Management (IAM) (min 3 years)
3. Communication
Responsibilities:
Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management team, responsible for leading and managing change initiatives to ensure that employees adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
Design and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to identity-related projects.
Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and identify potential risks.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback and promote buy-in.
Develop comprehensive communication plans to inform stakeholders about changes, timelines, and benefits.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to equip users with the skills needed to adapt to new identity systems and processes.
Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.
