Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level IP associate [JD class years 2018-2020] for its Washington, DC office. The salary for this position is between $310k to $390k.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in patent litigation in a law firm.
Degree in electrical or computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics.
Experience preferred in district court litigation and before the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
USPTO bar admission.
Excellent academic credentials.
