BioBricks.ai, a data lake for public health and life science science data.
Sysrev.com, an AI powered, public-health oriented, document review tool.
This position requires informatics-industry related experience including experience writing, receiving, and completing bioinformatics related grants, consulting contracts, and/or building products and services. Please share this experience in your application.
We require a code-review for this position, please include a link to some of your code.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of developer experience
Publicly available code for review.
Strong Python developer with experience in many data-science related packages.
Comfortable working with command line and Unix/Linux tools
Experience with RDF, SPARQL, and semantic web
Citizenship
This role will serve contract(s) that require American Citizenship.
Work Environment
Hybrid, with remote work being a possibility.

Compensation
$120k-$180k, based on experience.
