Job Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers professionally and respectfully
Research and evaluate new subcontractors to identify the best value for our projects
Maintain vendor relationships including contracts and product delivery
Verify receipt of goods and ensure supplies meet our high quality standards
Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate materials are on hand for projects
Analyze market trends to procure materials at competitive prices
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work collaboratively with suppliers
Strong attention to detail and well-organized work methods
Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets and inventory management software
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field
3+ years of purchasing experience appreciated but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
