We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support client's initiatives by analyzing data portfolios, identifying process improvements, and making strategic recommendations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing roadmaps, tracking KPIs, and ensuring project consistency and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data and create reports/visualizations (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Facilitate roadmap creation and project execution.
Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
Document and standardize processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience in product creation and consumer goods (preferred).
Proficiency in Excel(formulas, macros, data mining), Smartsheet/Air table, Data visualization (Tableau) and data mining (SQL).
