As part of our Finance team at TJX you will manage, oversee and drive strategic financial initiatives. Additionally, you will manage a team of Financial Analysts & Senior Financial Analysts to assist Senior Leadership with driving business decisions. Day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic decisions for the leading off-price retailer in the world.
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that will be reviewed by Senior Executives. Further, thinking critically, analyzing effectively and communicating efficiently is required.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the processes and activities of the Business Analysis team to ensure effective, efficient and accurate analytics and reporting
Manage and mentor associates on training and professional development
Build relationships with senior operational partners across the business
Coordinate the workloads to ensure projects are completed on time
Play a leadership role on projects & new initiatives
Drive the development of analytical models to forecast and understand short and long term trends
Lead all aspects of analysis to provide relevant guidance to CFO, COO and President on business performance and areas of risk and opportunity
Deliver strategy and recommendations on various initiatives across all levels of Management
Deliver presentations with strong messaging and recommendations to senior leadership
Responsible for standard reporting with strong attention to detail
Potential Projects:
Guide long term supply chain strategy
Evaluate new markets for business expansion to drive accelerated store growth
Ensure profitable store growth through financial analyses and real estate review
Implement new technologies to provide business insights and drive top line growth
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment banking or other related fields
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred; MBA a plus
Prior experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation development skills; ability to support analysts in the development of robust interactive excel models
Excellent communications skills with the ability to deliver insights, recommendations, and results concisely and effectively to Executive Level management
Ability to work independently through ambiguity, removing obstacles by leveraging networks and relationships to deliver results
Promotes collaboration and relationship building within team & cross-functionally and actively finds opportunities for improvements
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and ability to drive & lead change
Proven track record leading a team in prioritizing tasks and delivering results while handling multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment
Drives developing key business strategies / priorities and clearly articulates the strategic vision with appropriate detail, building commitment to execute against it

This position has a starting salary range of $99,600 to $129,600 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
