Essential Job Functions:
Verifies accounts by reconciling monthly statements
Resolves account discrepancies
Prepares weekly and monthly internal financial reports
Maintains general ledger up to trial balance
General lease administration duties including A/P and A/R
Assists with and provides back-up coverage to other administrative jobs as required
Builds and maintains working relationships with all levels of the organization, as necessary, to complete assigned tasks
Maintains accurate and effective communications with necessary parties
Ensures the accuracy of performed duties through internal audit processes
Protects confidential and sensitive information
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience or accounting degree is required
High School diploma or equivalent
Understand and effectively use Excel spreadsheets, Word and other basic software programs
Experience with Sage Software a plus
Proficiency in math calculations, summaries comparison, auditing and bookkeeping
Define, organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
