Compensation: Manger level- $150,000-$275,000+ Bonus, Director Level -$200K-275K++

We are a dynamic energy focused consulting firm with a growing Tax Advisory practice that is hiring for all levels within our Transaction Advisory group. Our ideal Candidate will work a hybrid schedule out of either our Houston, Dallas or Denver office. In this role, you will:
Interface directly with clients and prospective clients to help expand the volume and variety of engagements within our growing tax practice
Advise clients on matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestiture, restructuring, and capital market transactions
Advise clients on various matters with tax implications, including buy-side and sell-side domestic transactions, tax structuring, reorganizations, bankruptcy, debt restructuring and financial structuring, tax due diligence and modeling, and State specific issues
Perform various calculations, computations and analysis of COD, tax basis, earnings & profits, and tax attributes, such as net operating losses and interest expense deductions
Help clients identify risks, optimize tax structuring and preserve tax attributes
Mentor junior tax associates and consultants
Must Have Skills:
CPA
4+ years of Public Accounting/Tax Experience for Manager Level
7+ years of experience for the Director Level
Extensive Experience with M&As, Divestiture, Restructuring and Capital Market Transactions
Nice to Have Skills:
Energy Industry Experience is a Major Plus
JD and LLM
