Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tax Manager at Randy Walker & Co. in San Antonio, TX. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, tax law, and tax-related activities for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation. The role involves working closely with clients to provide comprehensive tax services, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on tax regulations and laws.
Qualifications
Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation skills
Strong understanding of Tax Law
Experience in handling various tax-related activities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
CPA certification is preferred
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different levels (staff, seniors, and partners) on various client projects.
Clearly articulate review notes either verbally or in written form to guide the development of less experienced team members.
Directly engage with clients as needed to address inquiries or provide professional guidance.
