What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization
Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as required.
Manage the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects
Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to the customer/owner.
Lead estimate / preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction team and the project team.
What You Need For This Position
3+ years of project estimating experience
Bs in related field
