Audit Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the auditing process and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute audit engagements for various clients
Manage and coach audit staff, providing guidance and feedback
Review audit workpapers and financial statements
Communicate audit findings to senior management and clients
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Identify and resolve technical accounting issues
Contribute to the development of audit programs and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification
5+ years of experience in external audit
Experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, or employee benefit plans
Experience in non-profit auditing is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
