Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects of high end restaurants in and around Miami. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed according to the client's specifications, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
Maintain a safe and organized worksite
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met
Provide guidance and support to project teams
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Experience in the restaurant industry is a must
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have skills in Entertainment and Hospitality
