What You Will Do The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for our company.
They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects-
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports-
Negotiate and manage contracts and subcontracts- Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation-
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met-
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
What You Will Need Minimum 8 years of Substantial Industry Experience
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
