You will play a crucial role in developing takeoffs and winning bids.
Responsibilties
Handle takeoff drawings
Win 1/8 to 1/10 of bids
Collaborate with project managers and vendors to gather information and obtain quotes
Create detailed cost estimates
Identify cost savings
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mechanical estimating, specializing in HVAC and Plumbing.
Experience with union environments and managing diverse projects.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Trimble experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Navisworks, ProContractor, and Procore.
Familiarity with sheet metal and piping projects.
Nice To Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Autobid, Quickpen, FastPIPE, FastDUCT experience
