This role involves collaboration with customers and third-party installation vendors, direct management of internal deployment technicians, scheduling team and close coordination with other internal installation teams.
The Senior Director is tasked with the following duties and responsibilities:
Develop, plan and implement installation projects
Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and expectations
Qualify, contract and manage third party installation contractors, ensuring they adhere to install workflows and completion standards
Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring all installations are carried out as per the schedule and success standard
Review the timeliness and quality of work done, ensuring it meets the company and customer standard
Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues
Prepare and present reports on the status of each project to senior management
Manage project budgets, ensuring that all work is carried out within pre-approved budget amounts
Coordinate with build and logistics team to ensure that necessary equipment and materials are available for installations
Conduct training sessions for installation teams to ensure they are competent and knowledgeable about the products being installed
Resolve any installation issues and manage any changes to the plan as needed
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in managing large multi-site network installation programs and internal deployment resources
Minimum education - relevant bachelor's degree
Project management certifications/ experience a plus
Experience in managing complex, multi-site network installations
Experience in leadership/ management of internal teams/ staff
