Job Title: Superintendent Job Location: Washington, DC Job Salary: 95k-125k + Bonus + Benefits Requirements: Federal Construction, Superintendent, Project Management Based in Washington, DC, we offer traditional and innovative environmental and infrastructure solutions around the world. Our business spans over 30 contracts and an average of 250 projects annually for Federal, State, Municipalities and Commercial client's here in the United States and abroad.
Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5+ years experience leading construction projects. Federal construction experience is highly preferred. Must be familiar with ECMS software and have OSHA 30 and CPR First Aid certifications. Familiarity with ICD 705 is a huge plus!

What You Will Be Doing
Lead and oversee Federal related construction, mostly renovation projects.
Create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion.
Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the contract and approved plans and specifications of the project.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills
5+ years experience as a Superintendent (Federal construction experience is highly preferred)
ECMS software
OSHA 30 Certified
CPR First Aid Certified
Nice To Have Skills
Familiarity with ICD 705 is a huge plus!
