Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Generator Maintenance Lead who can provide leadership to a team of technicians performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of generators. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Briggs and Straton, Generator Maintenance, and generator systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of technicians responsible for generator maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
Perform complex repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on generators and related systems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Significant experience in generator maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
Strong technical skills in Briggs and Straton engines and generator systems
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team of technicians
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of safety and environmental regulations
