The Retail Stock Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role
requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handle transactions, and maintain store displays.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability. • Help customers with product selection and suggest complementary products. • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash and card transactions. • Maintain store displays and ensure that the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked. • Process returns and exchanges according to company policies. • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and shelf organization. • Stay informed on promotions, sales, and new merchandise. • Meet and exceed sales targets as assigned. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. • Follow loss prevention policies and assist with reducing shrinkage.
