Process Improvement Engineering Specialist - CI/Continuous Improvement In this key role, as a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Simply put, we need someone that can identify opportunities for time/cost savings, Quality improvement, and with the ability to create and apply a plan to put changes into play, to make those improvements, happen, via collaboration with team members at all levels!
Much of the day-to-day duties will revolve around the following:
Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions.
Conduct experiments and tests to validate process changes and ensure consistent quality.
Develop and maintain documentation related to process specifications and operating procedures.
Train staff on new processes and equipment to ensure proper implementation and adherence.
Monitor process performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process optimization techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in process simulation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
