Project Engineer - We are an award winning Commercial Construction General Contractor in Phoenix. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects, while ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning and design activities to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
Oversee the construction process, including coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring quality control
Maintain project documentation, including plans, drawings, and reports
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in commercial construction
Experience in Retail, Ground Up, TI, Municipal, K-12, Public Works, Restaurants is a plus
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management software and tools
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
