Director of QSF Admin-Mass Tort Position Overview We are seeking a Director of QSF Admin-Mass Tort to oversee and manage the administration of Qualified Settlement Funds (QSFs) related to mass tort cases. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing and disbursement of funds, as well as providing leadership and direction to the QSF Administration team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of QSFs related to mass tort cases, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
Manage the QSF Administration team, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and implement QSF administration strategies and processes
Ensure accurate and timely processing of QSF disbursements, including tax reporting and documentation
Monitor and analyze QSF fund performance and make recommendations for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners
Provide regular reporting and updates on QSF administration activities to senior management and other stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or JD preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mass tort QSF administration
Expertise in eDiscovery and project management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in managing large-scale, complex QSFs
Certifications such as RCA are highly preferred
