The Role

Step into a role where your expertise will make a real difference. As a leader in this position, you'll drive cross-functional project teams through every stage of high-impact projects, from infrastructure and utility upgrades to cutting-edge lab, office, and GMP manufacturing initiatives. You'll have the autonomy to guide projects from initial scope development through design, commissioning, qualification, and final close-out. Your work will ensure that all projects meet rigorous stakeholder requirements and are fully operational, ready to set new standards in pharmaceutical excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • Educational Background: A BS degree in engineering is essential.

  • Experience: You bring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Project Engineering and Management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional teams. Your expertise includes delivering projects on time and within budget, specifically in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities.

  • Technical Prowess: Your deep knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, utility systems, and facilities engineering sets you apart. You're well-versed in engineering standards and regulatory requirements, including Building Codes, Factory Mutual, Environmental, GMP/GLP, OSHA, and ADA.

  • Quality and Compliance: A solid grasp of Quality Systems and cGMPs is crucial to success in this role.

  • Leadership and Communication: You excel in leadership, with exceptional interpersonal skills that influence and inspire your team. Your organizational and time management abilities are top-notch.

  • Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a keen business acumen that guide your decisions and drive success.
