TVH is seeking a talented Benefits and Compensation professional to join our team as our Total Rewards Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals. This role leads the compensation and benefits team and collaborates with global and regional partners to maintain competitive and compliant compensation structures. The Total Rewards Manager ensures the effective execution of benefits programs, including Open Enrollment and 401(k) administration.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources and the executive team to review, select, and implement comprehensive benefits plans for employees across the Americas.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, global payroll, and compensation teams to review compensation survey data, develop compensation structures, and ensure alignment for global positions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies, ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Participate in strategic planning to align compensation and benefits with the company's goals, ensuring competitive positioning and employee satisfaction.
Assist in change management efforts for compensation and benefits process implementations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws related to compensation and benefits.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in benefits and compensation management.
At least 5 years of experience managing compensation and benefits professionals.
Experience in benefits plan administration, including 401(k) management and benefits billing.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Workday and UKG.
