A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an End User Support Analyst
Position type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Ashburn, VA (Hybrid)
Description:
As an End User Support Analyst you will :-
Be a part of the sales support team, and responsible for responding to review, research and establish Sales Acct & NASP requests using the data and tools provided.
Assist with CLE review, updated and duplicate cleanups to ensure CLE are unique per customer
Review requirements, Test and accept new GCH application functionality
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Strong Skill to be able to manually review data in multiple sources and make connections between them
Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets usage for data analysis
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to Quickly learn new tools and work in a team
Ability to work under tight timelines and meet or beat sla's
Ability to support system testing evening/weekends as required
Desired Skills:
Customer service support
The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Customer service support, data analysis and End User Support.
