We are working on an in-house litigation role with an established upstream company seeking a seasoned litigator with (10+ years of experience). The position will manage outside counsel on complex legal matters and the cases are a mix of commercial, including breach of contract, oil and gas issues, and others. The ideal candidate will have prior depo, hearing, and trial experience. Cases are pending in state and federal court, good quality of life in a collaborative, 5-day week in an office environment in the Woodlands: compensation plus creative bonus structure.
