TVH is seeking a talented payroll professional to join our team as a Payroll Lead. In this role, you will oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will manage the payroll team, collaborate with the global payroll group, and serve as the primary point of contact for the payroll provider. The Payroll Lead ensures compliance with company policies, benefit programs, and relevant tax regulations, while maintaining accurate reporting and managing payroll-related audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll system integrations, data feeds, and system upgrades, ensuring seamless operation of payroll systems like Workday, UKG (Time/Attendance), and ADP.
Oversee payroll-related audits, including 401(k) plan administration, and collaborate with the 401(k) provider to ensure accurate loan status reporting and changes.
Provide strategic input to HR management on payroll practices and related initiatives.
Assist in change management during payroll system implementations and process changes.
Ensure timely creation and delivery of payroll reports for managers, benefits carriers, and government agencies.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of payroll experience, including managing payroll for 1000+ employees.
At least 5 years of experience managing and developing payroll professionals.
Prior experience with Workday, UKG (Time/Attendance), and ADP.
Knowledge of payroll tax laws, 401(k) plan administration, and benefit plan management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll reporting and data management.
