**Customer Operations Coordinator** Our client is looking for a dedicated and team-oriented individual to join our Customer Service in-house operations. In this role, you'll ensure the timely delivery of products, manage shipping and logistical issues, and work closely with Sales and Accounting teams. This hands-on role involves coordinating orders and shipments, maintaining effective communication, and identifying and resolving issues independently. If you, have a knack for details, and can process up to 5,000 customer orders per year, we'd love to hear from you. (West of Boston, Hybrid, Up to $60K)
** Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline, required
** Ability to work in a company with a start-up environment
** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
** Technically proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as web-based application
