Job Description
Our client, a Wexford, PA based RIA is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to oversee office operations and provide direct support to the owner. This pivotal role involves contributing to our financial planning, investment services, income planning, annuity sales, and estate planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Administrative Support: Provide executive-level administrative support to the owner.
Client Interaction: Assist in financial planning and investment services activities.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and documentation for client interactions and office processes.
Communication: Foster positive relationships by communicating effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the financial services industry. Minimum of 5 Years.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Outlook 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Adaptability: Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
