Customer Service Representative in Roseville, CA

Full time, direct hire, onsite, pay $25/HR - $30/HR.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years related experience required.
  • Homebuilding experience required.
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Suite. BuildPro Experience Preferred.
  • Database and Project Management experience a plus. Valid Drivers' license, auto insurance, and reliable automobile required.
