An established, rapidly growing systematic hedge fund is seeking an Trade Operations Analyst to join the Core Technology team in its Boca Raton office. The person in this seat will be the go-to person in ops and be heavily responsible for streaming/automating processes. Professionals in this seat have moved internally into trading/quant positions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activities across the full trade life cycle(pnl, booking, confirmations, trade capture, recs, settlements, etc).
Actively participate in process improvement efforts and enhancing controls.
Qualifications:
Recent Graduate(0-1 years) with a Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics from a Top University
Internship experience working at a fund admin, investment bank, or asset manager
Ability to automate/enhance processes(Python is preferred).
