CB Partners is partnering up with a global company to help fill their open controller position. Our client is known for their excellent working environment that has flexibility with a hybrid work schedule. In this Direct Hire opportunity, you could earn between $140,000-$160,000 per year plus bonus depending on experience.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly close process to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency
Ensure daily bank reconciliations and monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
Uphold compliance with Group accounting policies
Prepare and manage cash flow actuals and forecasts for the business
Coordinate with accounting team to engage with auditors for financial statement completion
Implement automation across processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency, partnering with finance, IT, and data teams
Ensure consistency in policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Experience handling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
