We are seeking a motivated Commercial Credit Analyst with 3 years of commercial lending experience in Waltham, PA.
Responsible for loan fulfillment, reviewing documentation, performing due diligence, and working with credit partners on closing loans.
Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principals is desired. Working knowledge of HotDocs is beneficial.
Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial lending or Paralegal experience.
Knowledge of Credit products and banking practices (Loan IQ or Stucky experience a plus).
Experience with with credit/loan agreement language and pricing structures.
5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience.
Experience in loan or other credit-driven operations function.
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
