Description

The Digital Marketing & Automation Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of marketing automation strategies to streamline, measure, and optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels, including social media and email. This role focuses on utilizing automation tools to enhance customer engagement, drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and strategically minded, with experience in CRM platforms, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows. This role focuses on generating leads, improving client engagement and enrollment, and increasing brand awareness through data-driven campaigns.

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with marketing automation platforms.
  • Are experienced with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Ontraport) and integrating them with marketing automation tools.
  • Are proficient with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Have experience in lead nurturing, lead scoring, and developing customer journeys.
  • Hold a strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Can show proven experience with social media, email marketing, and content management.
  • Have excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Hold strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing to meet business objectives.
  • Develop a consistent brand message across all digital platforms.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Suggest new opportunities for growth through emerging technologies, platforms, or digital marketing techniques.

2. Campaign & Automation Design and Execution:
• Design multi-channel, automated marketing campaigns to generate leads, convert leads to clients, and engage audiences.
  • Build, test, and deploy automated marketing campaigns using tools like Ontraport, Zapier, Calendly, Gravity Forms, and other automation platforms.
  • Develop workflows, email sequences, and triggers to personalize customer experiences based on behavior and engagement.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and optimized for effectiveness.

3. Lead Generation and Nurturing:
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Design lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads and ensure effective lead handover to the sales team.
  • Track and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales and customer care teams to optimize customer journeys and ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, sales and client care processes.

4. CRM and Database Management:
  • Manage and segment the marketing database to ensure accurate targeting for campaigns.
  • Ensure data hygiene and the regular updating of customer and prospect information within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to synchronize CRM data and ensure alignment on customer profiles.

5. Email Marketing:
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Create personalized email content using segmentation strategies and automation tools.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future email campaigns.
  • Monitor email list growth and manage subscription preferences, ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations.

6. Paid Advertising Strategy and Management:
• Develop in-depth strategies specifically for Facebook Ads and Instagram, optimizing ad spend, audience targeting, creative elements, and bidding strategies.
• Create effective ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy tailored to the Facebook platform.
• Monitor Facebook ad performance daily, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI, reduce cost-per-click (CPC), and increase click-through rates (CTR).

7. Social Media Management:
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels to engage with followers and build an online community.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

8. Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM, email software, and other tools to measure campaign success and KPIs.
  • Create regular performance reports for leadership, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to adjust strategies for better ROI.
