Job Description:

A leading Entertainment/Media company is seeking a temporary Director of Partner Marketing to manage high-impact campaigns with some of the industry's biggest distribution and enterprise partners. In this position, you will be the driving force behind editorial and paid marketing efforts, managing campaigns that span devices, platforms, and distribution partners. You'll also have the opportunity to leverage brand, content, and promotional offers to acquire, engage, and retain users through multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate has experience in leading and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally with internal teams, stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement partnership strategy across device, wholesale, and enterprise partners.
  • Define business plans to increase subscriber growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Manage the roadmap for marketing partnerships, ensuring campaign optimization and performance benchmarks are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Strategic Growth, Ad Ops, Platform Distribution, etc.) to optimize campaign tracking, audience targeting, and data orchestration.
  • Lead business reviews and foster long-term planning with partners to ensure Hulu's participation in new product launches, betas, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, highly charged environment.
  • 7+ years of work experience - Partnership Marketing, Media, or general management/marketing at a consumer-facing brand is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and successfully manage multiple assignments.
  • Exposure to Datorama, Liveramp CDP, AppsFlyer, Tealium (or equivalent tag manager), Neustar, DoubleVerify, Facebook, Snap, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Understanding of GDPR and CCPA and their impact on media buying.
