We are seeking an experienced Insight Manager to lead and execute quantitative market research projects in the CPG industry. This role will involve managing client relationships, leading research efforts, and mentoring team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute quantitative research projects from design to final reporting across the CPG industry.
Oversee questionnaire creation and revisions to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality control, data delivery, and analysis.
Present research findings and insights to clients, including senior management.
Manage multiple research projects and timelines to meet deadlines.
Mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
Contribute to organizational development by sharing client feedback and improving processes.
Required Skills and Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in market research, with a focus on quantitative methodologies within the CPG industry.
Proficiency in developing surveys for various types of research, such as Concept Tests, Product Tests, and Attitude & Usage studies.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting research results and troubleshooting data issues.
Experience mentoring or managing junior researchers is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research insights to senior-level stakeholders.
A strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology or related field.

Salary Range depending on skills and experience $90k to $110k per year.
