Marketing Manager

Shanghai, China / Los Angeles, the United States (On-site)

What You Will Achieve

1. Key Product Release/Product GTM:

-Work closely with IP, branding and sales teams to develop key messaging and integrated sales marketing initiatives for key product release

-Identify the best GTM model for different products

-Serve as a project manager to conduct and evaluate the result of key product release

2. Product Insights:

-Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and help establish differentiators and positioning for products and IP

-Build up a North America related and competitive product assortment together with IP and product team based on historical data analysis and market trends diagnosis

3. Other Sales & Marketing Roles:

-Cross-functional brand-level project: Work closely with event teams, offline operations team, IP team to develop and implement events such as conventions, pop up to promote the brand and IP in the North America market

-CRM: Work closely with CRM analytics team, marketing team to develop CRM initiatives to drive user growth and stickiness to our brand

What You Will Need

-Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing or a related discipline

-5+ years of product marketing, or digital marketing, CRM experience, preferably in the apparel, beauty, E-Commerce industry

-Understanding or experience of consumer goods market in North America

-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

-Proven track record of executing successful product launches

-Basic metrics-driven and analytical skill

-Ability to develop, organize, and maintain processes with cross-function teams

-Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and strong time management to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

-Enjoys working in a collective and cross-team capacity, preferably in a start-up environment

-Passionate about the designer toy industry!
