You'll bring our bridal designs to life with fresh, fun, and totally engaging content that resonates with our audience. If creating scroll-stopping posts that feel like a chat with your bestie, building a loyal community, and staying ahead of the latest trends are your jam, then this is the role for you!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create standout content - Produce fun and visually engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube videos that tell our brand's story.
Stay trend-savvy - Keep up with the latest social trends and best practices, and know how to make them work for us.
Show your personality - Use your outgoing, flirty, and bubbly energy to connect authentically with our audience on camera.
Develop & execute strategies - Plan content that aligns with our brand goals, keeps our audience hooked, and drives product sales.
Edit like a pro - Handle video edits, music selection, and all the elements that make content shine.
Collaborate across teams - Work closely with other teams to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
Track & improve - Monitor performance and always look for ways to elevate our content game.
Organize & manage - Lead the process from idea to execution, keeping everything running smoothly.
On-camera ready - Be well-spoken, comfortable in front of the camera, and ready to interact with others on-camera with ease.
In-person collaboration - Must be able to commute to our Salt Lake City headquarters at least twice a week (more if needed) to work closely with the team and bring ideas to life.
Good sense of fashion - You've got a great eye for style but can totally take direction when needed.
Occasional travel is required - Including attendance at bridal markets, photoshoots, and other industry events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
1-3 years of experience in social media or content creation
High-level understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and all the latest trends
Strong video editing skills - Adobe Creative Cloud apps like Rush, Premiere, After Effects, and Audition
Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Must be 18+
Must be able to comfortably wear our size 6 or size 12 wedding dress samples. Size 6: Bust 34.5", Waist 26.5", Hips 37". Size 12: Bust 39", Waist 31", Hips 41.5". Height: 5'6" - 5'9"
